We always match the route to your dog — quiet lanes for nervous or reactive dogs, open fields for dogs who need to run, shaded woodland for older dogs in the summer, and shorter pavement walks for puppies still building stamina.
Between May and September, many UK beaches restrict dogs on central sections. We plan around this as standard — using quieter stretches of beach, early-morning or evening slots, or inland alternatives — so your dog still gets the walk they need, and we stay on the right side of the rules. If you are booking a coastal walk with us, we will always confirm the current restrictions for that beach before the first visit.
